客户委托: 客户填写公司及职位信息采集表,并提供详细职位说明及单位背景资料
需求分析: 根据客户需求及职位要求,分析每一职位的人才分布及猎取的难易程度

委托签约: 双方根据职位分析结果,协商签定"委托招聘协议"于签约后2个工作日内汇出预付寻访金

寻 访: 按客户的要求,利用各种途径寻访、筛选合格人选

初试、测评: 对候选人才进行专业技能、性格、心理、领导力及职业倾向,测试筛选出比较接近客户要求的人才

推荐、复试: 客户对推荐的候选人才,进行面试、复审

录 用: 客户与人才达成协议并在人才与原单位结清一切手续的基础上可办理正式录用手续

结 算、跟进服务: 在被录用人才的第一个计薪日后一周内结清猎头服务的余下款项,并适时做出人才工作评估,继续跟进服务
Service Procedure
Client Makes an Order
Client downloads the Company Information Collecting Form, fill the form with the company background and detailed vacancy information.

Vacancy Analysis
Western Headhunter analyzes the talents distribution and hunting difficulty according to the client’s order.

Signing the agreement
The two parties sign the headhunting service agreement according to the job analysis.

Subscription payment
The client shall pay the subscription in 2 working days after signing the agreement.

Executive Search
Western Headhunter shall search for the qualified candidates through every possible way and means according the requirement of our client.

Talent Appraisal
Western Headhunter shall conduct the comprehensive appraisal for the candidate of the special skill、characteristics、psychology、leadership and vocation, etc.

Interview the Candidate
The client shall interview the recommended candidates for the terminal selection. The candidate and the company shall sign the confirm letters produced by Western Headhunter once arriving at a decision.

Employment
The candidate shall not take the position before the company and the candidate come to the employment agreement.

Settlement for the Service Fee
The rest of the headhunting service fee shall be settled in one week since the employed talent takes the position
